We are prioritizing the safety of both customers and employees during the coronavirus outbreak. We have implemented infection-control standard operating processes that include, but are not limited to:
• Executing a daily cleaning program for all service vehicles, plants, and offices that includes interior and exterior contact surfaces;
• Making paper towels, disinfectant, disposable gloves available to drivers and educating staff on proper use;
• Ensuring drivers are assigned the same vehicle every day, where possible;
• Activating an escalation process if staff suspects exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19); and
• Implementing a work from home policy for employees whose role makes it feasible.
