NOTE: For US team members, your ADP ID is 7 digits and starts with two zeros (ex: 0034567).
For Canadian team members, the ADP ID is 13 digits and start with T5 (ex: T56B012345678).
You can find your ID within the Employment Details section within SuccessFactors, labelled as WNF ID.
Make sure to include as much information as possible, including a valid zip code, phone number, and the type of service the lead is requesting.
