Mr. Riviere is a retired executive from the Royal Bank where his career spanned 41 years. He has had considerable experience in retail banking, human resource management, operations & systems, strategic initiatives, project management and general management in Canada, United States and Australia. During his last assignment, he was responsible for over 2,500 employees in three centres supporting the Canadian retail and commercial banking network. In recent years he has provided business consulting services in the areas of strategic initiatives, organization effectiveness and human resource management. Bob has been associated with the company since the early 1990s, first as a client, then as a Consultant in 2001 and then on the Board of Advisors since 2003
Mr. Williams is a retired executive with a business career spanning 36 years in various positions in the general operations of Sears Canada. For many years, Mr. Williams also ran the Sears National Catalogue Sales Division. After retiring from Sears Canada, Mr. Williams provided consulting services for a private strategic level executive search firm. David has been associated with the company since inception.
Mr. McLaren, C.A. is currently a Vice President and Investment Advisor with CIBC Wood Gundy. Prior to joining Wood Gundy, Mr. McLaren was Executive Vice-President of Home Depot, formerly Aikenheads, which was owned by Molson Companies Limited. While under the Molson umbrella, Mr. McLaren held various positions within the organization. Prior to these positions Mr. McLaren was Corporate Controller and an officer of Sears Canada Inc., a public company. He has been on the Board of Advisors since the early 1990’s.
Mr. Enns is a partner in Knightsbridge Human Capital. He has a broad business background in marketing and general management, complemented by significant senior level executive search experience. Mr. Enns has an Honours Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario, and initially spent ten years with General Foods Limited in marketing and sales management roles. Since then, he has been General Manager of the Mennen Company, President of Canadian Facts Limited, and President of Bigelow Canada Inc. In 1983 he founded Enns Partners, a senior executive search firm, acquired by Knightsbridge in 2006. George has been on the Board of Advisors since the mid-1990’s.
Mr. McLay is a retired executive from Storagetek Corporation where his career spanned 24 years. He became President and General Manager of Storagetek Canada in 1997. He has Canadian, United States, and Worldwide management experience in Sales, Marketing and Service organizations. After the acquisition of Storagetek Corporation by Sun Micro-systems, he became Worldwide V.P. Sales/Service Storage responsible for 4B of revenue and over 3,600 employees. Michael joined the Board of Advisors in 2007.
