Shred-it has partnered with various law enforcement agencies, city governments, non-profit organizations, and corporations to host Community Shred events or "Shred-A-Thons".

These events give citizens an opportunity to have their confidential records destroyed at no charge. Check our Events section below for all upcoming Shred Days. Since 2003, Shred-it Charlotte has shredded over 300,000 pounds of paper for more than 7,000 citizens at our Community Shred Events.

Shred-it Charlotte is also proud to support local organizations including our schools, local law enforcement agencies, chambers of commerce, business groups, and various charitable organizations.
