Just a quick note to express
our thanks for a job well done by Shred-It.
This is the second time we
have used your company for commercial shredding services. We have
been extremely pleased with all facets of your customer service,
from the lady who answers the phone to Peter Vepstas, your Sales
Associate, to the gentlemen (I'm sorry, I don't know their names)
who come to pick up the boxes of documents. When I arrange a shredding
job, I need to know that things will be well looked after. I don't
have the time or energy to worry that there will be a "hitch". Shred-It is a company where the service is prompt, professional and personable.
That pretty well sums it up right there.
Our Building Engineers, who
are involved in the process of getting the documents ready for
pick-up, are also very impressed with how Shred-it operates and
they don't give out compliments lightly.
